Return & Refund Policy

Custom/Made-to-Order Items: All custom-designed or made-to-order parts are final sale and non-returnable unless defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Stock Items: Standard catalog items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Return Eligibility

✅ Item unused and in original condition
✅ Original packaging intact
✅ Return initiated within 14 days of delivery
✅ Proof of purchase (order number)

Not Eligible: Custom orders, installed parts, items damaged by customer

How to Start a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email [info@anodegarage.com] with order number and reason
2️⃣ Get Authorization: We'll send return instructions within 24 hours
3️⃣ Ship It Back: Pack securely and ship to provided address
4️⃣ Get Refunded: Refund processed within 48 hours of receiving return

Refunds

  • Full refund, no restocking fee
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors or defective products)

Defective or Wrong Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll ask for photos and either:

  • Send replacement part, or
  • Provide prepaid return label for refund

Return shipping paid by:

  • You: Customer changed mind on stock items
  • Us: Defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped

No Refunds For:

  • Wrong item purchased by mistake (measure twice, order once)
  • Parts that don't fit due to vehicle modifications
  • Custom orders (unless we messed up)
